Contest Rules
1. Sponsor
This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Aira Publishing Inc. (“Sponsor”), located in Ontario, Canada.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or persons domiciled with them are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on 12 May 2026 at 12:01 a.m. (ET) and ends on 14 May 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (ET)(the “Contest Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Contest by:
• Completing the official entry form at airapublishing.com/contest, including all required fields.
Limit: One (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified. Multiple entries beyond this limit may result in disqualification.
No purchase is required to enter.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won:
• One (1) $25 CAD Amazon e-gift card, delivered electronically via email.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25 CAD
Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted on 15 May 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Skill-Testing Question
In accordance with Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, unaided mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner.
8. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted via the contact information provided at the time of entry within 2 days of the draw.
If the selected entrant:
• Cannot be contacted within 2 days,
• Fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or
• Fails to comply with these rules,
they will be disqualified, and an alternate entrant may be selected.
9. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner’s provided email address within a reasonable timeframe following verification.
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or invalid email addresses provided by entrants
• Lost, delayed, or misdirected electronic communications
10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
• Be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
The Sponsor reserves the right to:
• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest.
• Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from:
• Participation in the Contest
• Acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize
12. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA.
If entrants opt-in, their information may also be used for marketing communications in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
13. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
14. Platform Disclaimer
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon or any social media platform used to promote the Contest.
15. Anti-Fraud, Data Use, CRM Integration & Marketing Communications
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who:
• Submits an entry that is false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent
• Uses or attempts to use automated entry methods, including but not limited to bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools designed to mass-submit entries
• Submits multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, registrations, IP addresses, or any method intended to circumvent the stated entry limits
• Engages in any activity that interferes with or undermines the fair operation of the Contest
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or automated means are void.
The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof upon request may result in disqualification.
If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, the Contest is compromised in any way by fraud, technical failures, or unauthorized intervention, the Sponsor reserves the right to:
• Cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest
• Void any suspect entries
• Conduct a random draw from all remaining eligible entries
By entering the Contest, entrants acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Contest Administration
Personal information provided (such as name and email address) will be collected, used, and disclosed by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest, contacting entrants and the selected winner, and verifying eligibility.
(b) CRM & Internal Business Use
Entrant information may be stored and processed within the Sponsor’s internal systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, for Contest administration, record-keeping, internal analytics, and business operations, in compliance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA.
(c) Mandatory Communications Consent
By entering this Contest, entrants expressly consent to receive ongoing electronic communications from the Sponsor, including promotional, marketing, and informational messages. Entrants understand that they may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in each communication, in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
(d) Third-Party Service Providers
The Sponsor may use third-party service providers (e.g., email platforms, CRM systems, hosting providers) to manage Contest data. Such providers will be contractually obligated to safeguard personal information and use it only for authorized purposes.
